Fees: The fee for a 10 x 10 single space is $100.00 and a 10 x 20 double space is $200.00. Electricity is $ 50. We encourage you bring your own generator since we have limited electric. Space reservations are for four days. In most cases you can park your vehicle or/and camper behind your display. Vendors are welcome to stay and camp in their self contained campers overnight.
Space Assignments: All spaces are located on gravel.
All spaces are vehicle accessible for setup which you may begin after 10:00 AM on Thursday May 25, 2017 and also between 8:30 AM and 12 noon on Friday May 26th, 2017.
Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables and displays. Please do not leave behind any garbage or refuse at your booth.

RULES OF THE RALLY
- All vendors are responsible for liability insurance and compliance with any and all requirements of State of Ohio.
- All products will be displayed in a clean and safe manner.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.
- All vendors shall exhibit professional manners always.
- Spaces shall be assigned by Hudson Leather
I/WE agree to conform and comply with the rules of the Motorcycle Rally & Blessing and I/We further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hudson Leather Ltd, its Officers and agents and/or property owners from all forms of liability. I/We have read this Vendor Agreement and the Terms and Conditions and signed below.
